Pool & Clubhouse Information

General Information & Policies for Use of the Pool and Spa Area

The Twin Lakes Pool  and Spa do not have lifeguards watching for your safety, so everyone  using the pool and spa must do so at their own risk. Please be aware of  safety at all times, and never leave children unattended or unwatched.  Although it looks fun, please prevent children from playing or jumping  on the SpaCap cover.

There is no need to remove the entire SpaCap  Spa cover just for one person; just unfasten the section you want and  leave the rest fastened. Fold back the section to expose the spa area  you want uncovered. When done, leave the bubble layer under the SpaCap  cover. Always re-fasten all the fasteners around the perimeter when  leaving the spa.

Pool and Spa Rules and Policies

  • The Board of Directors and the Association are not liable for  any loss, theft, injury or accident resulting from the use of the Pool  and Spa. There is no lifeguard or property manager on duty. People using  the recreational facilities do so at their own risk. There is no phone  in the pool area. Please bring your cell phone and call 911 in the case  of life-threatening emergency.

  • The  pool is open daily from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. beginning on Memorial  Day weekend and ending Labor Day weekend. The gates will be locked from  10 P.M. until 6 A.M. This schedule is not seasonally related, and is in  effect 12 months a year.

  • All  persons using the pool and spa must have a valid recreational pass with  them at all times and shall show the pass upon request to the Community  Association Managers or the members of the Twin Lakes Board of  Directors. Anyone not having a valid pass will be asked to leave the  pool area.

  • Only  those with proficient swimming capabilities are allowed to use the  pool. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the pool or spa  without adult supervision. The spa can present risks for the very young,  elderly, pregnant woman, and those with health problems.

  • All  persons using the pool or spa must wear attire made specifically for  swimming. Jeans, cutoffs, shorts, or tee shirts are not allowed. Please  wear swim attire at all times when using the spa, and please note the  spa is within visual range of many residences.

  • No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or spa. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.

  • No diving is permitted. No running or horseplay is allowed in or around the pool area.

  • No diapers are allowed in the pool or spa.

  • Please be considerate of others when using a cell phone. Radios or music players are allowed with earphones, but not speakers.

  • No bicycles, roller skates/blades or skateboards are allowed in the pool area.

  • No animals are allowed in the pool area, with the exception of service animals. Service animals are not allowed in the water

General Information on the Clubhouse

Our professionally  designed, private Clubhouse offers a full Kitchen and Great Room, an  upstairs Exercise Room, and an outside heated Pool and Spa. Our pool is  open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our Clubhouse is available to our  owners and residents by reservation only. To reserve the clubhouse,  please contact Laura Owen at Crooked Creek Enterprises.

To  reserve the clubhouse, members can complete the second page of the  downloadable checklist and send it with their deposit and fee to Crooked  Creek Enterprises. Please contact Laura Owen about scheduling  availability prior to mailing your form and checks. Keep the Clubhouse  Checklist (first page) to fill out after your function has ended, and  return the Clubhouse Checklist and Key to Crooked Creek Enterprises.

The  clubhouse is available to members for $35 (up to six hours), with a  $200 damage and cleaning deposit. If the function exceeds six hours, an  additional $35 will be due. Your deposit check will be deposited in the  Twin Lakes Condominium Association account, and the deposit will be  returned to you within 30 days of inspection if no damage had occurred  and if no cleaning was required.

The pool area is not available  for rental. The pool and spa may be used during the function, and the  pool and spa area is only available for use between the hours of 6 A.M  and 10 P.M. If a function continues past 10 P.M., all persons must  vacate the pool and the spa area.
